Arthur T. Rotter, PA-C

Arthur received his degree in physician assistant studies at the University of Oklahoma. Prior to his work at the Fracture Care Center, he provided emergency care at three Army hospitals, and most recently was a physician assistant for the North Shore University Hospital in New York State.
